As a child, I was immersed in the world of celebration, thanks to my parents, who were masters at hosting and organizing fun parties. Growing up with three younger sisters, we all developed a natural flair for event planning.
However, it was the magic of my own wedding that truly ignited my love for the wedding industry. I had the privilege of working with an incredible wedding planner for my big day, and the experience left me longing for more. My attention to detail and organizational skills did not go unnoticed, as my planner quickly offered me a job!
Welcome to my world of event planning and coaching! I'm Chelsea Romero, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. Let me take you back to where it all began.
I was pursuing my dream career as a strength and conditioning coach, which I coached at all levels of sport performance.
I found myself juggling dual roles for the past 8 years. I successfully achieved my dream job in the 2020 NFL season for the Los Angeles Rams. During the week I would train athletes and plan weddings on the weekends. You could say I became the ultimate multitasker!
But what drives me, what fuels my passion, is my "why": my family. This passion began to evolve and take on a new meaning when I became a mother in 2019. I soon realized that I couldn't sustain the grueling hours of my strength and conditioning coaching career while being fully present in my son's life and the lives of my future children.

We decided to make a bold move from the hustle and bustle of Southern California to Montana, where my family roots run deep. We found our new home in the Flathead Valley, where the demand for weddings is immense, and I realized that my wedding planning and coaching career could flourish side by side, creating a business that's uniquely my own.
