I was born and raised in southern California, but after having three kids of my own, the rugged, untouched beauty of Montana brought me back home to my family roots. Now, those people and that stunning backdrop fuel everything I do, from flawless wedding planning to empowering strength training.
We firmly believe that feeling your best on your wedding day involves more than just the perfect setting or delicious food. It's also about nurturing your physical and mental well-being. That's why we also offer virtual strength training programs.
